Take printout, so its easy for typing 4. After completing, take the printouts and go for proofreading every page. 5. Identifying the spell errors, alignments etc. 6. Quality check and deliver to client with 101%. This steps are basic steps for data entry works which i learned with my experience, that reliability in delivering work on time.
