Instructrual design/ Writer to build survey for business building sales pitch

I have a software system ([login to view URL]) and we are promoting businesses to automate their sales pitch into 7 steps. We are seeking guidance and assistance to help write a series of questions that a business can answer which develops the storyboard for their business. The challenge is we have broken the process down into 7 steps but the business owners are all too close to their own business. If they had a series of questions to help guide them through the thought process, they can provide the details. We have broken it down into 7 steps (all 3-7 minutes) Step 1=video introduction from the owner telling their story Step 2 = describing the problems in their industry Step 3=drilling down into the pain and consequences of making the wrong decision Step 4 = How they solve the problem Step 5 = Testimonials Step 6 = FAQ and objections Step 7 = Call to action. We are looking for someone to develop a series of questions (survey etc.) that can walk a business and fill in the blanks (about their own business) and give the answers for each step. it would be their storyboard map.
