opencv image progressing c++

Dear opencv image processing expert, I have a project which uses inpaint algorithm for spot removal on face image. However inpaint algorithm is taking large amount time for computation which prohibits to use in final project. I have shared the input image and mask image. Output image from inpaint is also included. If you see the mask image, it is simple lines and dots. The usage of inpaint is an overkill for this task.
