Jquery and CSS3 pro required(no beginners or intermediates)

Hi, I am creating a web mobile app. There are some slides with swipe features, everything works perfectly and smoothly until i add a blur background to the slides, after that the smoothness goes away, probably because the blur effect eats up the device resources and slows down everything, i tried a lot of approaches to add blur in different ways, but it still isnt smooth, so i think i need a jquery and css3 pro/champion who can fix this for me or help me fixing it. Beginners or intermediate level programmers should avoid this project and save me and themselves a lot of time and effort. Happy bidding :) Thanks
