Installing of skin for Cube Cart and minor programming

We have a Cube Cart store that needs to be upgraded with a new layout and additional features. We have the design of the store done so what is need is getting it installed and work exactly as how it should look. So we do not need design portion. We are using existing features like wish-list on the current Cube Cart and in the new cart this will be incorporated. What we foresee that needs to added is the way the products are displayed and when the user mouse over the product pictures, we’d like them to be magnified. So in summary, we'll provide the look of the site and we need a Cube Cart programmer to make it work.
