I've worked on developing mobile sites for 5 years and I'm also a Graphic Designer which allows me to convert PSDs to HTML. I think your project seems pretty simple and it should be a breeze for me since I just have to write mobile-friendly CSS code (and probably some Javascript as well). I'm also new to this whole freelancing site as I usually work for startups face-to-face; so I figure why not start off a simple project.
