I have more than a year of experience of Customer Service and Technical Support inbound and outbound calls.
Currently, I am Subject Matter Expert (SME). As SME, my job descriptions are; Team Support Specialist, which handles and supporting tenured agents while they are taking phone time ; I am Transition Coach - Apprentice, which is handling new hires. Doing Side-by-side coaching session and Skill transfers and other Leadership Academy Skills. I was once an Escalation Desk Specialist, which are people who is taking Escalations and supervisor calls. Addendum, I am well trained to do admin task i.e Converting data in Excel file, Writing a formal letter in Word, making creative presentation in Powerpoint and etc.
That being said, I can be flexible and willing to learn about almost anything.
