50195 Add E-mail Addresses

We need someone to import about 1500 e-mail addresses in a text format into an existing MySql database on our servers for an auto-respopnder application. We will provide shell access if needed. We want to be able to send mass e-mails to the people once they are added to the DB. The application allows us to do so if they are in the DB. We would want the project completed within 3 days of receiving the addresses. No spamming from the file please.
