Create TOC (Table of Contents) for ebook word (doc) file - repost 2

I can do whatever you asked in less than 2 hours., The only problem is creating another word doc for TOC. Its only a temporary fix but word doc does not allow you to create TOC in another doc (Word 2008) 1) There will be TOC on the first page in the content doc(page break after TOC) and the content will only start from the next page. 2) I am going to save the document into another file and remove the content., Only TOC will be there in this second document But when you have any modifications in the headings., you have to do this process next time onwards. there is no link with the content doc and the second TOC doc. (It will only show you the different headings)
