Hi I am Tapas Sarkar. I am a Cost and Management Accountant backed by an Honors Degree in Economics with Statistics and Mathematics as my combination subjects. Along with it I am also at the last level (one group left) of the Chartered Accountancy course of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. From the description, I got the idea, that all the transactions of your business are required to be downloaded from the specified location and they should be arranged properly using the quick book accounting software. The three years Tax Files are also required to be prepared. As a US based businessman, you are required to follow GAAP for maintaining the accounts. That would no be a problem.
