Website content duplication to Drupal

We're moving a website to Drupal from a proprietary web platform. The database is in a MS SQL format, so database conversion would be difficult. The website itself is quite big. A Google search returns about 2,380 pages (though this number is sure to contain duplicates and many list pages), and there is content in two languages. We need someone to migrate the site contents from the current site to the new Drupal site. The Drupal template and technical installation will be done by us. What is needed is to go through the current website, duplicate the content to the new site, and make sure that the content looks identical. This is a full website migration, so the job includes transfer of menus, file attachments and content for the whole site (main content and sidebars). Good english communication skills needed, so that there are no problems if communication is needed between programmers and data entry (you).
