Email Address Searching / Finding

Am looking for someone skilled at web searching / creative thinking to help me fill out missing email addresses of doctors (from around the world) into a spreadsheet of doctor names. The successful candidate will ideally find / enter the missing doctor's email into the spreadsheet, but - in the event that the email cannot easily be found - can try to guess their email based on the formula/pattern of the institution they work for. In the event that an email address cannot be found, or reliably guessed, the successful candidate will try identifying the email address and name (or at least 'Sir/Madam') of 1-2 contact points that may be able to assist. Preferably these will be contact details of real people that might have co-authored articles with the doctor of interest, but they may also be contacts that work in the doctor's department (most likely found on the departmental website) or - in the extreme - the generic administrative contact email for the doctor's department (e.g. department of cardiology, univeristy hospital of argentina ... NOT just University hospital of argentina ... since whoever responds to the generic contact email will have no chance of knowing the doctor we are looking for directly) I have hundreds of excel worksheets ready to be completed, each with 50 names on them to be found. Already have others on this task, but need the extra hands+++ Will use the performance of others to benchmark speed / quality. Am looking to outsource this in lots of 20 x worksheets, with each workheet containing 50 names (e.g. 1,000 names). The successful bidder will get 1 worksheet first, 10% partial payment on its successful completion. If quality is good, will send the remaining 19 worksheets to finish the batch.
