Extract company contact info from websites and fill in Excel

In general, the job is to find companies' contact info from the two websites provided, and fill in an excel file.
Geographically, I only need companies based in Canada.
The two websites and criteria are:
1)

At the left of the page, there's a filter by type. I need all except the last three, "landscape contractors", "stone, pavers & concrete" and "tile, stone & countertops".
2)

In the footers, there's a selection of a few cities. I need all the cities.
In the "browse categories" menu, I need the following categories:
- basement renovation
- bathroom & kitchen - fixture & accessories
- bathroom renovation
- builders
- building supplies and hardware
- condominium renovations
- design/build
- design/project management
- furniture design & custom builders
- general contractors
- home accessories
- home office renovation
- interior decorators
- interior design
- kitchen & bathroom - cabinets & design
- kitchen planning & renovation
- plumbing
- renovation advisors
- staging
(please check the website for exact wording)
The information I need for each company:
- company name
- category (on the two provided websites, which category you selected to find this company)
- website
- address
- province
- city
- phone number
- email
- submit contact page (fill in this only email isn't found, see details below)
The tricky part about this job is that, on the two websites themselves, they don't provide email of those listed companies. They only provide websites of those companies. You would need to go to those websites, and find email address there.
Some companies only have a web page for submitting request online, please fill in this page's link only when email is not found.
This project will be on-going for a while. So please submit your hourly quote, and check out the two websites and estimate how many companies you can finish per hour.
I would prefer deliverable on daily basis.

i've checked both sites and as mentioned by yourself, email is not listed while all other info is available on site
near me i think 30 to 35 leads should be completed in a hour
copy/pasting required info and splitting address in different columns and them open web and find their email would take time (if email not listed, then i check google and 99.99% google give us email, otherwise i'll paste contact form link)
