I have a spreadsheet for each of the provinces in South Africa that I would like to get converted to a single python (or other language) REST API or script. The spreadsheets show you based on your Province, City and area when your power will be cut (loadshedding) at different severity stages. It is based on an excel formula and some conditional formatting. I can explain the pattern in more details, my python experience is just too limited for the time I have available. The API will have only one step, you supply it the block as input, loadshetting severity, day of the month and forecast hours. Based on the day it will tell you if there is currently loadshedding and the forecast for the next number of hours as requested. ** Please unhide all worksheets in the excel files to see the worksheet called SP_List. The column Block is used in the sheet called Schedule (2H) A1 to determine with the Block C1 (loadshedding severity) to populate the table.
