Hello I am a native Korean and English speaker. I can also edit videos to add subtitles using Adobe Premier. My proposal is for hourly undertaking of transcription, and English subtitle. If you can provide the voice over, I may be able to overlay this onto the video also. I would request however a list of technical terms that are used in sabre fencing. This is often the most difficult part of transcribing and translation. For the hourly undertaking, I will keep my screenshot application on at all times. Note: the video may be 1.5 hours but the transcribing process will take 2 - 3 times the duration of the video.
