Hello, I can do this but only via Adwords Editor. To make 300 manually is too much work. Can you please send 3 example ad groups with keywords & ads so I can see if this can be automated or not? Kind Regards Affan

Good Day, Ad groups based on city and state names are fine, but the key determinant of which keywords are applicable to specific ad groups should, in most cases, be tied to non-geo terms.
