Hello. I am gonna be honest, and want to give you my estimate regardless of the outcome. On average I can send 4-5/ minute. That's 300 hourly. Working 5 hrs daily x 300 = 1500 messages sent per day. Atm I can't offer more than 5h daily due to other jobs I have. 138000 / 1500 = 92 days. Tedious, boring, but doable. Maybe it would be better (and cheaper) to hire a programmer that can write you a script to automate this. If it's possible to bypass captcha. If not, maybe better to search for teams like they have in India or Pakistan. If you still decide to work with single freelancer, I would be glad to help.
