We need a tele-caller for making fixing appointments for the sales team. The product is a classroom attendance application. The time of working is 4 hours per day between 11 am and 3 pm IST from Monday through Friday. Involves the following 1) Call on the given list of institutions (primarily educational institutions) to fix an appointment with the decision makers 2) Communicate the appointments fixed to the sales team through WhatsApp and updating Google Sheet + Calendar so that the sales team can act on that. 3) Take feedback of the Sales team after the scheduled call. In case there is a requirement to reschedule the same, make reschedule calls. 4) Client follow up after the calls are done to check on the progress of proposal submitted Target: The expectation is at least 1 meeting per hour of calling. Language Requirements - English + Hindi Data - The data for calls will be provided by us Location - This is a home-based project for 2 months. It will be extended based on the outcome experience.
