Analyze company info and fill the sheet

We have a list of about 4000 email addresses, that we need to analyse and extract information about. The information needs to be sourced from google and respective websites. The information required is shown in the sample sheet attached in this mail. The process for analyzing the email addresses need to be the following. 1. Copy the email address and search for it on [login to view URL] 2. Find out if the email address is generic or a personal email. In case of personal email, find out the name of the person from links you may get on google. 3. Find out the basic nature of business the company is in, whose email id is. For example, categorize the company into following buckets. a. Hotels – Any individual hotel, hotel chain, motel/resort/hostel etc. b. DMC's (B2B & B2C) – Any tour operators, packages selling agents, etc who sell travel for leisure customers and affliiates. Their main focus is to sell travel for a region with one or more components including Air/Hotel/Car/Activies/Packges/Excursions etc. c. Suppliers – Any hotel aggregators, activities provider, air consolidators that provides these inventory via XML. d. TMC's (corporate travel) – Corporate Travel Agents and Agencies e. Pure OTA (B2C) - Online travel agents like expedia, makemytrip etc. f. Specialized (MICE, Niche tours (adventure, student, pilgrimage, sailing, cruise)) g. Others – Any organization that doesn’t fit on any of the above items. 4. Provide information requested in the excel sheet. a. First Name & Last Name for the email id (if personal email) b. Company Name c. Segment – One of the above values. Specify exactly the text provided (for e.g. DMC's (B2B & B2C)) d. Online Presence – Specify yes, if the company has an online booking portal. Not just a static website, but ability to search and book the website. e. Website Url of the company (if company has a website). This is the quantum of work to be done.
