Import SQLdb on ASP File size 210MB

Hello, I need this doing within the next few hours if possible, I have a sql dump file on my server that needs loading into a db that I have created, its 210MB and the file upload size is limited to 2MB. I have tried using BIGDUMP but get an error on line 392 and ive had enough now. I have created the db in PLESK and need it importing. This project needs to be within a few hours. Cheers Trevor.
