I need to install mySQL on my website. The website is hosted by an external host ([login to view URL]). The setup requires creating up a database, a couple of IDs (two with full access, one with read-only). There may be follow-on work to create tables, indexes, etc. In addition to installation, you need to provide me with a very simple guide to access the server (connection info) using different external tools (via MS Access, MySQL Workbench, and others).
