flexcode FPR custom delphi 7 adaptation

Hi German, Thanks for inviting me to this project. I'm placing the bid for replacing the GRFinger SDK code with the Flexcode SDK in your Delphi program. Given the code functions that need replacing in your program (registering employees and saving the fingerprint to database, identifying employees by reading fingerprint from database), and my availability over the next few days, I am estimating 3 weeks for completion of this work, working with you over Anydesk.
