Project written in Delphi XE11

I am looking for a developer that could code a project that I have been working on for a while. Its is software that will run on a Windows PC and working with our POS MasterFuel. It's for a payment system on forecourts. The POS has been running for 23 years and have 500+ clients. I do the dev but there is just so much to do. You need the following: 1 - Delphi XE11 2 - Unidac component to connect to MariaDB/MySQL. If you have an easy way to connect to anything else let me know. This project needs to do the following 1 - Software running independently on a windows machine. 2 - A port that can handle multiple TCP connections at once and can talk to each one individually. 3 - A way to convert XML to the database and back. 4 - Export a text file from the db and then we can print that out. The way it will work is a s follows: 1 - Figmont has a box that sits at our sites called MIIPOS. This box does all the payments on fuel and sundry purchases. 2 - We need to create a piece of software that can receive the wireless units data and then send it to MiniPOS. 3 - We need to save the data and then be able to print and re-print receipts. 4 - If the data is decoded from XML and then saved in the DB our application can generate the invoice from data in the database.
