Hi! We can provide you all the support you need to create this cluster. You will need to define where will be running. I preffer cloud services because those are managed by the provider and can give you another layer of management. The time to create this lower because you can use IaC tools like Terraform. We can install your cluster and rancher to use it over a web. Take a look rancher is a great tool for developers. Lastly i strongly recommend you to get at least one SRE in your team.
