The project performs the following tasks: Tickets are created... a category is selected, and a user is chosen. The selected person views the ticket. The selected person completes the task, writes a message, and closes the ticket. Additional features to be added to the project: Users will no longer need to be selected. I have category class (Category Tree), User class, Role class. Each user must have at least one role. Each user must have at least one category. Each category will have one or more responsible persons. The users and responsible persons of the category will handle the tickets. Additionally, the Category Manager can assign tickets to users associated with that category. The Category Manager can also redirect the ticket to another category. When a ticket is resolved, it is sent back to the user who opened it for confirmation, and if the issue is resolved, the user closes the ticket. If the issue is not resolved, the user who resolved the ticket will send it back. There will be three roles: Admin, Category Manager, User Admin will have the following authority: Adds categories Grants users the authority to be responsible for one or more categories Manages all users and tickets Category Manager will be responsible for: Assigning tickets in the pool to users in the category Retrieving tickets from users Redirecting tickets to another category Users will have the following permissions: Only accept and respond to tickets in the category pool.
