Magento - Upload or Import products to our site with detail, images, pdf spec sheets from manufacturer site

Need to scrape product data from competitor's site. All products found in the following url's (make sure to click "Show More" at the end of each page until you will see the complete list). You must create the necessary category, attribute set, and attributes. See "Shop By" column on the left side in each url to see what attributes need to be created. The attributes in the "Specifications" section need to be marked in Magento as "Show on front end" so that they will appear in the spec. section. Almost every item has one or more specification sheets. Those have to be downloaded and then uploaded to our site. All product images must be clicked on for full size then downloaded and uploaded to our side. If there is an image in the description, that image needs to be downloaded and placed in our description. If the website name is on the image you must remove it in a photo program. If any cross-sell items show up when you click on an item, those items must be created perfectly like all other items and then specified as cross-sell items on our side. If an item has tier pricing, you must specify tier pricing on our side. We have installed an advanced import program called Unirgy uRapidFlow Import Extension. If you wish you can use that.
