Good day, I am an expert in elearning systems and development, I have built 100's of online courses for different audiences and platforms. I do not have an MEd, but I worked for many years as an educational technology expert, wrote courses and developed them. Although the title does not show that, your project descriptions assumes that you need the write up as well as the development of the course, please correct if needed. You need to provide more details about the subject you are targeting and the number of hours you are after. There are different areas where you will need writing the course, instructional design the course then develop the course, they are 3 different areas where I can work on all of them.
