Battery Formation Charger Design

Design and build a battery formation charger unit with following [login to view URL] or almost similar to the depicted in the attached file, that meets aprox. following features: *To attend/charge 170 to 200 motorcycle batteries; *Output current each post/terminal 12V – 8AH; *Input Voltage 220V (single phase) or 380V (three phase), both 50 Hz. Scope involves both design and manufacturing one unit.
