Hi, I have designed several NRF5 Board before, using on board RF antenna. I also designed many motion sensor before, You can choose your preference motion sensor Part Number. For battery charger, we can use TPS IC from Texas instruments, and using Linear dropout regulator to step down battery voltage to 3.3V.
