Power Electronics - Circuit Design and Simulation

I need to design a Surge Suppressor for various ratings (which will be provided later). This project is suitable for a person who has extensive experience in Electronic Circuit Designing using ORCAD or any other designing software. The design itself is very simple, we have reached various prototypes but now want to take it to next level which include designing and simulating it using a software. After the design it will be put in to sample production and extensive testing for about six months on actual field equipment's. Rest when we finalize the details......
