Well I've been tinkering around with the Raspberry Pi for almost an year now had successfully implemented a few projects using it my final year project being one. I've worked with Open CV and have integrated python codes for the same on the pi and also have established a serial communication to the secondary controller using the usb com of the pi which suits your problem statement. Also I have had a full fledged course on image and video processing in my last semester. I am new to this place and would really appreciate you giving me an opportunity, also the other bids though from successful and trusty freelancers are too costly and me being a newbie can surely do the same task at a fairly low price also the task seems to be possible within a couple of days. I assure you to provide all sorts of technical assistance even after this assignment. Also I would like to hear a bit more abt the problem statement in case you hire me, like what that other device would be, are you going to transmit gray-scale image, also can sending images using socket is a possible options or you want the pixel information in a numpy array to be transmitted explicitly..?
