Proxies OR socks required daily (500 to 1000)

I need daily 500 to 1000 proxies and/or socks. OR If someone can guide me on how to setup on proxy server rather than searching hither and thither. Please quote your price, how much will you charge for complete setup. I need one or more providers for this purpose. I am currently purchasing at 7 cent per USA proxy if you can offer the same or below will be preferred as a winning bid. I NEED ONLY LIVE PROXIES/SOCKS Otherwise I know website where I can get the crap from so, if you are into this please don't bid because I don't want it like you are sending me 1000 proxies and out of them only 100 or 300 are working.
