Currently working as a Chief Consultant with my own professionally managed consultancy firm, which provides whole range of management system consultancy services to the different industrial & business sectors in different cities of Pakistan.
My Core Responsibilities are including:
Basic Planning
Understanding the current organization activities/ expectations of top management regarding management system / visit to the facilities and existing setup / meeting with core members who shall be directly involved in the implementation of management system.
Evaluate the companies existing system with the international standards requirements and present gap analysis report to top management
Nomination of company's core team / management representative for relevant certification (QMS/EMS/OHSAS/FSMS etc.) implementation
Practical Implementation
Develop management system manual (integration)
Develop standard operating procedures (sop) & flow charts
Formation of work instructions and formats
Finalization of QHSE/FSMS/Social policies and objectives
Conduct hazard risk assessment
Conduct product risk assessment
Conduct environmental aspect impact survey
Develop waste control plan
Plan, review & execute fire & mock drills on mergency response plan
Develop investigate incident/accident system & report writing
Trainings
Design the required awareness and training programs
customizing on such case, and Conduct the designed programs on obtaining certification like (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 etc),
Management system documentation (levels and concept) for management, staff and team Members.
Create Staff awareness for risk /hazards/enivormental aspect impact involved.
Explaining the concept of internal audits & external audits
Training of internal auditors
Develop training plans/HR selection criteria.
Audits
Prepare internal audit programmes/schedule based on the audit type.
Conduct internal audits for QMS, EMS, FSMS, OHSAS and SA 8000 for Certification, Recertification and Surveillance Audits for clients with audit team.
Prepare audits reports & forwarded to clients.
Monitor Inspection activities performed at all stages of production and also development Statistical Analysis Report along with suggestions for improvement and major cause of quality losses & nonconformity.
