simple photoshop design?(repost)

i need a photoshop design similar to website <[login to view URL]> I dont want the whole website just a number of pages I like the contact page, bio page and the facebook and youtube links on the top. the homepage can be an empty page. I need the design to be similar to this website however i do not like the background of this website so you have to use a white background. Also where he has used black as the content holder you need to use something lighter, dark grey would be fine. I do not need any coding just the psd for these pages
