Advanced Web Application Development Needed

I’m looking for a web developer to build an web based application with these features: Three types of user profiles, which will be: 1. Content creator: 1. Tier 1 Paid: bio page displaying their contact information, home city, current location, photo gallery content sellers as photographers can be tagged in their photos and view only by other content creator users, video gallery, social media links, upcoming travel events, paywall, profile can be set visible for free or visible only by week or monthly subscription, able to receive endorsements and reviews from their fans, contact formulary, chat with fans free and paid, video call with fans free and paid, button with a travel request that can be used by the fan user and the content creator users can accept or refuse, if accepted a formulary will display for the fan user to fill up and will be send to the content creator user. 2. Tier 2 Paid: bio page displaying their contact information, home city, current location, photo gallery of 5 photos maximum, social media links. 3. Tier 3 Free: all the features available for 3 months, only can be use 1time. Content creators will be able to apply to be verify to have an icon in their profile, also will get a vip icon only can be given by the administrator. They need to have a form to be age verified when they sign up. 2. Service Sellers as photographers (more categories will be added later) Only visible for content creators: Services sellers and content creators should work like a marketplace where the admin can get a percentage of the transaction and hold the payment till the job is finalized and the ok was given by the content creator user. 1. Tier 1 Paid: Bio page, social media links, as many portfolio as they need (content creators in the photos can be tagged) gig list with prices, photo studio studio location, current location, upcoming travel events, travel request by the content creator users able to accept or make a counter offer, able to receive endorsements and reviews from content creator users who have hired them. 2. Tier 2: Bio page, 3 portfolios. 3. Tier 3 Free: 3 months free all the features, only can be use 1 time. 3. Fans: these users will only be allowed to see the content creator users: 1. Tier 1 Free: They can see all the info from the content creator users, profile page only visible for the content creator users and by request, (Fans can accept or deny the request of the content creator users to show them their profile page) They will be able to login in the site either by a registration thought phone, email or logging with a social profile as facebook, twitter, instagram or LinkedIn. This Fan user will go though a verification process by the admin if they want to have a badge as verify, safe, will be show the endorsement given by the content creator users, also can be ID verify. 2. Tier 2 Free: They will have access to see the content creator users profiles, they are not verify and the info provided is optional. 1. Unique landing page for all the US country where show a map and can be selected the state. (This will have a toggle bottom that will change between the content creators that are in this location currently and the other toggle will be to show the upcoming content creators that are planing to come to this location soon -next 14days-) This page will have 6 banner placements that the content creator users can bid to win. The rest of the user profiles will be displayed under those banners in smaller size and the fans can swipe left and right when swiping left those content creators profiles wont be show again and when swiping right it will display in a list as a match. 2. Unique landing page for each state where it will display a menu where you can select the city in that state too. This page will have 6 banner placement that the content creator users can bid for them. (This will have a toggle bottom that will change between the content creators that are in this location currently and the other toggle will be to show the upcoming content creators that are planing to come to this location soon -next 14days-) The rest of the user profiles will be displayed under those banners in smaller size and the fans can swipe left and right when swiping left those content creators profiles wont be show again and when swiping right it will display in a list as a match. 3. When the fan user is done swiping left and right a custom formulary will pop up and send to the content creator users that the did the swap to the right (the chosen ones) and content creator users will receive the formulary with the custom form.
