A LEANING ABOUT GREEK CULINARY AND GREEK FOOD

Distant and face to face learning about Greek kitchen culture, food types, recipes, Spices, origins, History, Sweets, Wines. I would come to Greece where I would like to see some Taverns and learn practical cooking skills. The need is to meet twice a week on a Skype call or similar. Dedicate an hour or two in each lesson, and to allocate time for some on-site visits. Payment for frontal time only.
