Hello Sir, Greetings !! I have gone through your requriement and understood the input format as well as outformat needed. This can be achieved by writing a VBA script which will read the input tab and for every teacher ( username in column 'B') the macro will read all the lines to see if there are more entries for this user and if so then collect the course name from Column 'A' to put them in single cell against that user name. this can be put in a separate sheet in the same file.
