Automatically export data from one document on excel to another form on excel

We have two forms that we need one basically to import into another form. One is called the "COMPLETE FABRICATION FORM" or CFF. The other is a "MASTER SHIPPER" or MS for short. The MS shows what exactly will be shipping for an entire batch of products we will be fabricating. The CFF shows who did what on the MS and who inspected it. See the first five lines of the CFF: job, release, piece mark, quantity and description. The answers to those blanks are all in the Master Shipper. We want to be able to push a couple buttons and have all the CFFs printable, without having to manually enter the information in on every form. The only other thing we need it to do, is create an additional CFF for every quantity of one pc mark. For example, pc mark 1A has a qty of 10. We will need 10 CFFs for pc mk 1A. In the "piece mark" blank of the CFF, the first one would say "1A # 1", then another form that says "1A #2", then "1A #3" etc until "1A #10". Does that make sense? The final product would be something where we could simply have an MS, click a few things and it would print out all CFFs for that batch with the first 5 lines already filled in. I'm not a programmer to any extent, but I have done a very very basic version of this on VBA so I know it's possible. This macro is still currently in the Excel document. But I need someone who knows what they are doing to write a code that will easily accomplish the task.
