I need a Flash movie (swf) that reads a local text file upon opening that contains video feed parameters, then displays that feed continuously. The feed would come from VLC (open source media player) and would have an address and port. It would be produced in a 16 x 9 aspect ratio, i.e. the stage size would be 1366 x 768 which my digital sign software would scale up and down as necessary. The resulting Flash file would be distributed as part of our digital sign software suite. [login to view URL]
