Flash video broadcast with Flash media server

We need a swf which can start broadcasting live video from a webcam. Initial functionalities will be to have two buttons: "start stream", "end stream". Once the streaming starts the swf should be able to share the id,streamName, or whatever that would help us reconnect to that stream later on. This "id" could be shared maybe by the ExternalInterface class using javascript, or another method would be fine too. This project will use a flash media server. We will provide the FMS. The code needs to be in "Action Script 3". There will be other small follow-up projects to extend the functionality.
