Create vector based Animation video

Hello, We are looking for a Designer that can create for us a Video with animation using the same type of animation and sound effects as you see here: [login to view URL] (How Groupon Works video). We already have the audio and transcript ready, check here: [login to view URL] The complete project is 2.10 minutes! We already have some that were completed for us here: [login to view URL] But for this project we are looking for a different style, more of a Vector based animation like the GroupOn one.
