264753 Site Redesign

I am looking for someone to to re-develop a site for me: [login to view URL] What I am looking for is for this site to "pop" more and so I envision Flash being used. For the virtual tour portions, I will supply the photography and maps as required. My most important aspects of this project are: 1. Fast Loading Speed 2. Great Eye Catching Design 3. The photogprahy appears in full screen I would like to have the following: 1. A flash loading page with a company slogan and image going through/across the screen 2. A smoother action on the 360 panoramics 3. Better transition between images For this type of project, would it be better to have the images done in a vector format? Finally, if this project is well done, there is the potential for alot more work on these types of projects. I would be interested in re-doing all the resort tours I have on the project gallery page...those are a bit simpler but once done once, they would all follow a similar template, just the images would change.
