Simple FLASH OR HTML5 game (racing car)

I would need a simple game of "racing car" made with FLASH (or with HTML5). Player would drive a car around the track and at the end his time would be passed on to PHP script (which will save it to database). I attached sample of this kind of game as game.jpg. Nitro is optional, but let me know if it would change the price for much (if not to much I would like that at random time nitro icon is shown at some position and if user picks it up he gets like 5 sec. of nitro which he can activate with space key - I attached sample as [login to view URL]). Please place bid for this first simple game, but on PM please let me know if you can create a bit more advanced game: Same as described above + some parameter with time would be passed to flash and then when player would be racing another "ghost car" would drive along and finish the race in the time which will be passed to flash (so that player can drive along top score driver). I attacked some sample as [login to view URL] You can also tell me how much more would cost if you would add 3 more cars which are driven by computer (so that player has a bit more hard work in driving) or adding some random obstacles on track... If you can also create graphic design of track and car please let me know (and send me some samples/references of your graphic designs).
