200739 Flash banner design Fast

I need an urgent flash banner to be done up, designer will be chose within next 2 hrs. To be completed in 8 hrs time. Requirement: - dimension 728 pixel width x 90 pixel height. - background black. - flash detail -> [login to view URL] This banner is for the introduction of KTM's new RC8 sportbike. I need a banner that shows some suspense of a new upcoming bike. step 1: black banner showing the words "Ready To Race" on the left side of the banner, effect same as shown in the header swf clip in [login to view URL] step 2: then a spotlight shine down on the bike, appearing on the right of the banner. So the whole screen now should have the "ready to race" words on the left and the bike with a light shining down on it on the right. step 3: wait around 5 secs, then "dash off" the "ready to race" words and replace with "Coming soon" & "Stay tuned..." Fla file should be provided too. To be done in flash 8.
