I need to have 3 ad banners created for my site: two that are 125x125 and one that's 120x240. At least one of the 125x125 will need to be in Flash, while the others can be in GIF or animated GIF. Wording and details provided in attached document -- I need your creativity to choose interesting graphics and layout to make the banners look good. Samples of previous work and suggestions on the banners will help me choose a freelancer. Thanks.
