132817 business proposal matrix

I need a one and half page professional looking matrix (diagram). It shows what happens from point A to point Z. This is going in a Power Point Presentation. I want it very unique and top notch. I want the windows (captions) a liquid effect, and the text flashy liquid effects with shadows, etc. The back from I want to be vivid shade of colors effect. Someone needs to be fancy with this stuff. Attached are two examples: 1. is the liquid effect I want. 2# is a sample of the matrix but a very rough draft and not at all what I want but will give you an idea of what I'm looking for. I would like it formatted differently cause the way it is now just doesn't look right, so I will need someone really creative to make it look right. Perhaps create more windows and break up the text, so they can fit in many windows, etc. Please only bid if you can be creative and make this look fortune 500 ish. Thank you, Robert
