Requirements and Project Brief • For a very well known perfumes manufacturer in MEast. • They need to update their current website and make it more visually appealing with a lot of emphasis on media (pictures, video, interactive content, banners etc.) • The site has to be multi-lingual supporting English, Arabic, Russian, Turkish text as a start • The CMS should support the ability to create micro-sites for campaigns etc • Content creation should be simple and managed through pre-defined templates • Social media integration should be incorporated on all levels • The future phase is to enable online selling so this should be factored in when designing the solution • Site should support the addition of a blog section, news articles, as well as a sign in option for customers to create an account on the site. This would be linked with online shopping anyways. The client had mentioned that they want something similar to the Louis Vuitton site ([login to view URL]). What I need now is the following: 1. Quotation for the cost and time that will be needed to develop and go-live with the new site. I will also need an Annual maintenance quotation that should cover SEO, updates and any other support that will be provided. 2. Details of similar work the team has done before to understand the capabilities 3. If possible to have a demo site with a couple of elements .
