Database in XML or MYSQL to show products in Flash

Creating a database in mysql or xml to show products in a Flash movie. The website is already creted, I just need the code to make it dynamic. You have to make a dynamic menu, where you can choose between categories, and when you click in a category you get the prodcut in that category loaded in another menu. When you click in a product you go to a detail product page and you the that product's data. The database can be in XML or MYSQL. There's no need for admin backend, I will make the changes directly on the XML file or via PHPMYADMIN.
