Flash Banner from PSD

I have created a website banner which I ahve available as a psd file in layers - it is for an astrology website, I would like somebody to create a simple swf animated banner from it as follows: - when web page opens there should wavy lights 'moving' between the planet and the person on the right - some twinkling of the stars - some movement in cloud/fog - slight 'floating' effect of the astrological symbols - every now and again the light around the man on the right should brighten, or possibly grow in size - anything else you can suggest I would like this to look subtle but very professional for the top of a website and I need it fast. Please show me samples of flash banners you have created, especially if they have amystical kind of vibe! thanks
