Flash Form php mailer

I have 3 flash website templates that I've edited. They each have forms already embedded in the flash with the code linking to the php mailer. I just need to add 3 additional fields to the forms on each site. 2 of the 3 templates are the exact same template. I also need you to edit the current php file (i will send it to you) so that the additional fields are included. Need this project finished ASAP. Within 8 hours.
